Engelbert Schmid horns epitomize the Bavarian horn-making tradition. Simply put: there is no finer horn in the world. As a hornist, Herr Schmid held positions with Radio Symphony Orchestra Berlin, the Berlin Philharmonic and that of solo horn with the Munich Radio Orchestra. In 1990 he established his workshop, and has since enjoyed tremendous success as a horn maker.
